Here is another exercise we do during the Cosmic Economics Seminar. Using a separate piece of paper, complete the exercise and then post your comments about the exercise.
Exercise #21
Change your worries
Worry is a form of meditation. But if God has given you the mind to be your own creator, worry should not be a part of your thought process. Worry is a fallen thought. It’s meditation in the wrong direction. How do you change? Worry the Word. Dig into the Word and learn God and learn what God wants from you. You and God are the same. You cannot be a son and have a different nature from your father. You share a nature with God. You are made of the same stuff, the same divine nature.
Getting rid of worry takes you closer to living in pure Spirit, without thought of what might happen and only thought about what you have determined WILL BE. That’s where your mind should exist. Worry is an assertion of lack of confidence: “I am not sure that what you have said is true, or that what I have done will be enough.” It’s a lack of faith in God’s System.
How do you deal with worry and keep it from vexing your Spirit and wasting your energy on negative thoughts? By transforming worry into prayer. By becoming conscious of your worried thinking, you can turn it into positive prayers to God that affirm what you have ordained for yourself. This exercise will help you being turning worries into prayers.
How to do the exercise: First, write down the worries that plague you regularly, worries about your looks, your job, money and so on. Second, think about how you can transform those worries into prayers and write the prayers down.
COSMIC ECONOMICS EXERCISE #21:
CHANGE YOUR WORRIES
Write down the worries you commonly experience.
Example: I will never make enough money to afford to buy a house.

Turn each of those worries into a prayer that focuses on the “I Am” truth that what you think becomes real.
Example: Father, thank you for helping me find and buy the house of my dreams. You have made me rich beyond measure.

You contain the whole city, the whole world. You’re bigger than this planet. You went to sleep and forgot how big you are. It’s time to stretch and to wake up. What’s on the outside is not your reality; what’s inside is who you are. Your prayers bring into existence what you want to be true, and as we’ve discussed, that is the first step to bringing them into physical being.
1. God thank you for blessing me with a job that I enjoy being able to give and sow an abundance in the ministry.
2. God thank you for giving me the home I had ownership for 11 years, but now I thank you for blessing me with a better home greater than the one before as the owner and not renter.
3. God thank you for my good health giving me more energy to be a go getter than I ever could imagined.
4. Thank God for giving my son a better education he can now enjoy and eagerly learns and makes only A’s.
5. God thank you for increase and favor to my giving in the ministry.
6. God thank you for sending me a wise man who loves God as himself.
7. God thank you for my increase in my school work to receive honors and graduate by 2007.
8. God I thank you for bringing me to perfect peace.

i change my worries by sowing seed, reading the word and speaking the word over my life…this changes my focus which changes my feelings which changes my actions…..my focus determines my experiences///focus on the word i experience joy even if its raining and storming….i prefer sunny days

What use to be worries are no more because I am that I Am and that is God because the bible says let this MIND be in you that was also in JESUS CHRIST I have to have a renewed mind. Paul says I die daily so I have to have a spiritual cleansing on a constant. I have to change worry with prayers because with prayer I can make my request known:what is prayer a supplication or a specific request to my God. I have to have the mind of christ when I make my request known to him that way he can approve it and it shall come to pass because his word will not return unto him void. also because I am his spirit(son)and he knows my voice because what is that on the inside(Jesus)can manifest on the outside(body) I am the spirit of my father God. Thanks Bishop for another cosmic principle truth.

worry: I use to worry alot about school because with other children laughing at me because of me wearing glasses that lower my self-esteem a little bit but the turn around was: I begin to pray and read Gods word and begin to smile because I know that one day I was going to be the last one to laugh and laugh best I am now 16 and I wear contacts which looks better I see more clearer and I am reading my bible better.
Also I was worrying about if I can get hire on a job and to turn that around my father and I prayed the day before I place the application in and in one day of processing I was hire my first job and I am getting paid more than the minimum status of most teenagers because I am working my mind of God and not the worries of self

I must continue to be a servant of God and obey his commands. He is my only hope, peace, and security. God has given me dominion over “worry”. Worrying is a tactic of the devil to get me off focus from the word of God. Having faith in God can move mountains. “Mountain” is another word for “obstacle”. Satan is an obstacle. I have power of satan. Satan is a defeated foe. Amen. I have faith in God. I am moving mountains out of my life as they arise by the power of faith in God.
The Lord is my shepherd; I have everything I need. He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams. He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name.
Even when I walk through the dark valley of death, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.
You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You welcome me as a guest, anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings. Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever. (Psalm 23:1-6)
The spiritual part of this is I can always garbage in and garbage out because when the worry come up before it enters the mind I can go to my mind bank and withdraw a word of God and declare and degree and know that it shall or will come to pass. And that is my prayer

I have become progressively serious concerning my weight.I know that my body has taken care of me until age 40, but now that I am over 40 I must take care of my body.

1. How am I going to pay my bills this month?
affirmation: I do not depend upon circumstances or conditions for my prosperity. I tithe my whole income and God is the total source of my supply and my everlasting surplus! Thank you God in my for my everlasting supply and surplus.
Worry – I worry that I do not have enough money. That tight financial times will last too long for me to bear. I’m getting tired.
Truth – God has given me just enough for everyday. Things can only get better.
Worry – I worry that opportunites that require money will pass me by.
Truth – God has a season for everything I need to do. Even if I think things are passing me, they are just happening in God’s timing and not mine.
Worry – I worry that I will never get married.
Truth – God has an Adam for every Eve.
Worry – I worry about having children too late in life.
Truth – Children are a blessing no matter when they come.
Worry – I worry about my car breaking down.
Truth – God has already spoken to me about a new car. I don’t see how, but HE knows how, so it is so.

My worry was that I would not be able to control my weight because of improper eating, my prayer is I AM controling my eating and excercising to reach my desired weight.
Worry: Not focus in school while I am working on my MBA and do not have a support system for myself and family while I am in school.

My worry was that I am not walking in my divinity, my prayer is that I AM naming everything in my environment and naming it correctly.
The worries that I have are that I will not have enough money to pursue my career goals and complete my education and while completing my education I will not be able to afford to buy a home. Also I have been concerned about health due some issues that I have been having and I was concerned about losing my job.

I worry often about having enough money to meet my goals.
I will be thankful and mindful(watch what my mind is thinking) and maintain a positive mindset and concentrate and meditate on reaching my goals, see the positive in the negative with patience.

My worries are that I am having a hard time finding a job so that I can pay my bills and be able to save for the future to be able to afford a house one day and to have a husband to share it with.

Shekinah Glory may be a very compassionate spirit, but the line is draw when it comes to stealing from the “Storehouse” of the Lord, because when you take from the “Storehouse” you are taking away from God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Stealing from God is the worst case of blasphemy. It is unexcusable in the eyes of the Lord. It is a sin that can not and will not be forgiven. Blaspheming the Holy Spirit, God and Jesus Christ has ZERO TOLERANCE and is a one-way trip to the pits of HELL!

This lesson is powerful. First, I learned how menial my worries are and how small they are compared to God’s omnipotence. I am listing my declared affirmations which counter the worries. I will read and speak these affirmations over and over and be that which I AM. Thank you Master Prophet, these lessons are what I need.
